A third man, believed to be in his 30s, has died following a house fire in Croydon, south London.
Firefighters and other emergency services were called to an address in Sanderstead Road just before 11pm on Friday night.
Two men – one of whom is thought to be in his 40s – were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say they are working to confirm the identities of the three men and inform their next of kin.
