Man charged after complaint of 'photos being taken of women at Edinburgh Airport'

A man has been charged following a complaint of photographs reportedly being taken of women at Edinburgh Airport.

Police Scotland said officers were alerted to the alleged incident at around 7.05pm on Saturday.

The force said a 55-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the report.

He was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, but the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) later said: “The individual is not appearing in court today and has been liberated pending further enquiries.”
