A man has died after an incident at the site of Everton FC’s new stadium in Bramley Moore Dock.
Police in Liverpool said the man was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
His next of kin are understood to have been informed.
The Health and Safety Executive are investigating as officers remain at the scene.
