Workers for Border Force will strike on key dates in December, the PCS union has said.
Strikes will take place on 23rd to 26th and 28th to 31st December impacting Birmingham Airport, Cardiff Airport, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, Manchester and the Port of Newhaven.
They are due to strike throughout Christmas in a row over pay, jobs and conditions, the Public and Commercial Services union said.
Mark Serwotka, general secretary of the PCS union, said: “This is a crisis”.
He added that workers “have no option” but to strike, with 40,000 civil servants using food banks.
