West Yorkshire Police officer charged with three counts of sexual assault

A West Yorkshire Police officer has been charged with sexual assault.

PC Martin Brough, aged 43, who is based in Operational Support, is due to appear at York Magistrates’ Court on November 26, charged with three counts of sexual assault on a woman over the age of 16.

The reported offences relate to three victims in York city centre in December 2024, while the officer was off duty.

He is currently suspended from police duties.
