In a corresponding move Thursday, the Marlins recalled rookie right-hander Emmanuel Ramirez from Triple-A Jacksonville. Ramirez, 30, is 0-1 with a 5.51 ERA, 6 walks and 16 strikeouts in 16⅓ innings in 12 relief appearances for the Marlins this season.
